Before Breakfast: 1/2 lemon with 8 oz of water (it was gross) (2g), 8 oz cranwater
Lunch: 2 eggs w/ leftover veggies from dinner last night, 1/4 cup mozzarella, 1 tsp flax seed oil (~7g)
Dinner: salad w/ 1 TBSP flax seed oil (3g), grilled chicken, 1/4 cup mozzarella (1g)
Snack: 1 mozzarella cheese stick (1g)
Cranwater: 32 oz (6g)
Total carbs: 20 g
Exercise: 35 minutes treadmill, 1.45 miles
Saturday I'm going to start incorporating some of the Fat Flush Plan concepts. The whole idea is to clean out your liver. Your liver's big job is to convert fat to energy. All of this is based on the book Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman.
1) Daily vitamins and supplements:
Milk Thistle (3x/ day) = 525mg
Borage Oil (1x / day) = 300 mg GLA
Glucose Metabolism Factors (3x/day) = includes 63 mg GLA
Vitamin C w/ Rose Hips (2x/day) = 1000 mg
Multi-vitamin (1x/ day)
Calcium + D (2x / day) = 1200 mg
2) 2 TBSP flax seed oil / day with food: regulates insulin and has alot of omega-3 essential fatty acids
3) 8, 8oz glasses of Cranwater / day: cleans up lymphatic system and cellulite.
4) 8 oz cup hot water w/ juice of 1/2 lemon: Drink before breakfast, helps kidneys and liver
Still to come:
1) NO SODA. First I'll give up caffeine after I drink the rest of the 6 pack of diet coke I have. Then I have a case of orange soda with no caffeine. When I get done with that I'll stop drinking the soda for at least 1 month.
2) Omega-enriched eggs, like Egglands Best: Only 2 per day
3) Long Life Cocktail: 2x/ day 8 oz cranwater, 1 teaspoon psyllium husks for regularity
4) magnesium: for regularity
5) No pork
6) No cheese
7) Stevia Plus is the only sweetener allowed. Splenda and Nutrasweet are not allowed.
Things I won't follow:
1) Eating 2 fruit servings per day. There are a lot of carbs in the unsweetened cranberry juice and I don't want to add more. I am taking Vitamin C to help with that.
2) Carrots are allowed (1 per day) but I won't eat them because too much sugar.
3) No pepper and salt allowed - still thinking about that one.
I ordered the magnesium and psyllium husks from netrition.com (plus some other stuff I like - they have lots of low carb food). They said you have to be careful drinking those psyllium husks or you could choke! I have a feeling that's going to be gross to drink.
The good news so far is that my weight didn't go up from that cranwater I drank last night. I am worried about the carb content. So I'll see how it goes for the next week. That lemon water was disgusting - I guess I'm not a big lemon person. The only thing I didn't order yet was Stevia Plus. Maybe that would make the cranwater and lemon water better.
Today I'm going to take a class on weaving rag rugs! I can't wait!

wow you are so busy!!!! I will start the gym tomorrow I have been out of town with family. My grandfather is doing kind of bad right now. I am keeping with the watching the calories. I need to drink more fluids though. thaks for stopping in my journal!
